In order to ensure your products in the shortest amount of time, Shadow Hobbies offer the following shipping options in the United States.

• Please note: UPS does not ship on Weekends and Holidays.
• We are open (11:30am - 8pm Wednesday-Thursday)
• (Friday-Saturday 11:30AM -9pm) (Sunday. Noon to 5PM)

UPS Ground

This low-cost solution ships packages to 48 contiguous states. Allow up to 7-business days delivery time. UPS Ground orders placed by 5:30pm EST will be shipped the same day.*

UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States by the end of the second business day. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed by 8:00pm EST (Monday-Thursday) and by 7pm EST (Friday) will be shipped the same day.* There will be additional charges for this option!

UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to the 48 adjoining states. Delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). UPS Next Day Air orders placed by 8:00pm EST (Monday-Thursday) and by 7pm EST (Friday) will be shipped the same day.* There will be additional charges for this option!

Note: All shipping methods are subject to applicable taxes.

* For all items that are in stock. If an order contains back-ordered or out of stock items the customer will be notified ASAP!

Returns

100% un-opened items only, All returns with Shadow Hobbies require approval along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA can be obtained by contacting us at 973-689-6442.

Refunds & Cancellation

We understand that life gets a little crazy and you may order a wrong item or two. As long as the product is in the original, unopened package, we will take it back or exchange it for you within 15 days of purchase. In these situations, shipping charges are non-refundable and restocking fees of 20% will/may apply.

Web / In-store Policy
1) Web prices do NOT apply to in-store prices.
2) Absolutely NO in store pick ups. Orders are shipped ONLY! and may ship from a secondary location.
3) All warranties go back to the manufacturer. We in no way shape or form will we take care of warranties on web orders. You the customer, will be responsible for that.
