Shipping and Return Policy

In order to ensure your products in the shortest amount of time, Shadow Hobbies offer the following shipping options in the United States.

• Please note: UPS does not ship on Weekends and Holidays.
• We are open 11am - 6pm Monday thru Saturday.

This low-cost solution ships packages to 48 contiguous states. Allow up to 7-business days delivery time. UPS Ground orders placed by 5:30pm EST will be shipped the same day.*

UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States by the end of the second business day. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed by 8:00pm EST (Monday-Thursday) and by 7pm EST (Friday) will be shipped the same day.*

UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to the 48 adjoining states. Delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). UPS Next Day Air orders placed by 8:00pm EST (Monday-Thursday) and by 7pm EST (Friday) will be shipped the same day.*

To return a product, you can call, fax, or email us. All returns with Shadow Hobbies require approval along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA can be obtained by contacting us at 973-684-7270.

We understand that life gets a little crazy and you may order a wrong item or two. As long as the product is in the original, unopened package, we will take it back or exchange it for you within 45 days of purchase. In these situations, shipping charges are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.
